This fall, RRSD decided to host a cross country run for Grade 5-8 students for first time in several years. Cross country running requires running on multiple terrains for long distances. On October 20, 2022, the cross country run team journeyed to Minnedosa to participate in the RRSD Cross Country Fun Run at the Minnedosa Heritage Village. Grade 5 & 6 students trained for a run of 1300m, and the Grade 7 & 8 students trained for a run of 1500m. Ryley B, Soleil, Paxton, Zoe, Becks, and Cedar did a spectacular job, representing OES at the run!!!
